ZackTaylor.ca sources tell us that 17-year-old Disney star Demi Lovato is thinking about getting breast implants in the future!!

Our insider reveals,

"She had a talk with her mom and [Dianna] told her she should wait until she's at least 21. Demi is very self-conscious of her body and always puts up a fight over which outfits to wear on daily basis. Her older sister [Dallas Lovato] wants to get them done as well."

I'm sure Disney would never let this happen!! Maybe Demi and Dallas can get a 2-for-1 deal?!
